HURRICANE AID NEEDED FOR ONE OF OUR OWN

As Knoxville Gators we have a strong connection to both Appalachia and Florida, which is why both hurricanes Helene and Milton have hit us so hard. In fact, one of our own has been directly affected where Milton made landfall on the coast of Florida. Our second club president, Jenn (JayBee) who took the reins from Brittnee in 2016, is now married and has a three year old in South Florida. Her family home is still standing after Milton, but everything inside has been ruined. With everything lost inside their house, they have an immediate need for food, but in the coming months they’ll be replacing furnishings throughout the house. Anyone who was part of the club during Jenn’s presidency knows how hard she worked for the Knoxville Gators. And now her family needs our help. As a club we ask anyone who has the means to please contribute to help Jenn’s family recover.  Please consider giving whatever you can afford. We asked Jenn if we could provide the QR code to her Venmo account, so members can donate funds to help her family get back on their feet.
