Who: Knoxville Gator Club
What: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
When: Sunday, October 21, 2018; volunteer time slots from 12-3pm for registration tent volunteers, 2-4pm for volunteers to cheer on walkers.
Where: World's Fair Park in Knoxville, TN, lawn area by the play fountains and behind the Holiday Inn.
Why: The Knoxville Gator Club is serving to help with operations at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. This walk is sponsored by the American Cancer Society, and we feel it is an honorable cause to help out.
We are looking for volunteers for both people to work the registration tent from 12-3pm, as well as volunteers to help cheer on the walkers from 2-4pm. Volunteers for the registration tent must 15 years of age or older, and if under 15, must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers to cheer on walkers can be any age!
